JW Industries can cut virtually any shape in a wide variety of materials, offering quick turnaround times and solutions to your most difficult cutting problems.  Our state of the art waterjet system includes:

• CNC Omax X-Y Gantry System for cutting heading movement control (we can accept .dxf files, scanned images, or sketches)
• Ingersoll-Rand 50 HP / 60,000 psi Intensifier
• Total cutting envelope of  26" x 52"
• Variety of abrasive materials to aid cutting (as well as pure water / no abrasive cutting)

We can cut rubbers, plastics, glass, all metals, and gasket materials
